2. Catering Orders & Deposits

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all catering bookings.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before or on the day of the event.

Guest counts and menu selections must be confirmed at least 5 days before your event.
3. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may have deposits applied to a future booking.

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event forfeit the deposit.

No-shows and day-of cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
4. Food & Allergies

All food is prepared fresh and handled with care. However, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination of allergens.

Customers are responsible for informing BeeZ BBQ of any specific dietary needs when placing an order.
5. Event Liability

BeeZ BBQ is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, accidents, emergencies).

Once food is delivered or served, customers assume responsibility for safe storage and consumption.
6. Online Store Use

You may not use our products or services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

Unauthorized use of the BeeZ BBQ website, content, or branding is prohibited.
