Meet the Pitmaster
Hey there, I’m Brandon Zerface, the pitmaster behind BeeZ BBQ. I’m a family man, happily married with a middle schooler who keeps me on my toes and another little surprise on the way. By day, I’m the superintendent at a local golf course, keeping the greens pristine, but my true passion ignites when I fire up my smoker.
With over seven years of experience mastering the art of BBQ, I’ve turned my love for slow-cooked, smoky perfection into a craft. There’s something incredibly relaxing about tending the smoker, watching the magic happen as the meat transforms into tender, flavorful masterpieces. Brisket, Ribs, Sausage, and Turkey Breast are my specialties—each one a crowd-pleaser, packed with flavor and smoked to perfection. Got a special request?
