Refund policy

At BeeZ BBQ, every order is freshly prepared for your event. Because our food is made-to-order, we cannot accept returns once products have been delivered or picked up.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits: A non-refundable 30% deposit is required to secure your catering date.

  • Cancellations:

    • If you cancel 7 or more days before your event, your deposit may be applied toward a future booking.

    • If you cancel less than 7 days before your event, your deposit is forfeited.

  • No-shows or day-of cancellations are not eligible for a refund.

Order Issues

If there is an issue with your order (wrong items, missing items, or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours at [phone/email]. We’ll review your concern and work with you on a fair solution, which may include a partial refund or credit toward a future order.

Event Adjustments

Guest counts and menu changes must be confirmed no later than 5 days before your event. After this time, we cannot guarantee adjustments.
